We were extremely happy with this hotel for our 3 nights in Prague. The reception staff spoke perfect English and provided lots of information. The tram to all the attractions of Prague was easy and a short trip. Our room was huge and quiet at night. Breakfast is plentiful with hot and cold dishes. If you walk up the hill from the hotel there is a beautiful park with views over the city and also you will find yourself in a gorgeous historic suburb with plenty of restaurants, bars and boutiques, away from the tourists.
Very comfortable and cozy rooms. The breakfast is fresh and tasty with wide selection of salty and sweet food.
The pressure in the shower was very low and the temperature was fluctuating from freezing cold to steaming hot at times.
This is hotel is amazing for anyone who does not want to pay extra to stay in the city centre. Hotel is conveniently located to all trams and therefore easy to get to Prague 1. There is a lovely mall located close by, in case you need any last minute things you forgot. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and are very knowledgeable and approachable. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague. I would definitely rebook this hotel next time I visit.
A great reasonably-priced hotel. I reserved months before staying and asked for a number of special pillow and bedding features all of which were in place exactly as requested! Outstanding!
Good location as a number of trams are available at the nearby Lipanska stop. Air-conditioning, good breakfast buffet, very nice people, good-sized rooms, digitally lockable safe, mini-fridge, lots of clothing storage (you'll probably have to ask for additional hangers).
Only minor complaint: very few TV channels and the only one in English was BBC News but BBC is always good.

Lovely hotel. Good spot as it wasn’t too close to the busy city centre but was still close enough that we could hop on the tram for a few stops. Room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was lovely. Key card system was efficient and easy to use but perhaps could have been helpful having a second card.
We spent 6 night there and found the reception staff very helpful and friendly.
On arrival we found our room did not have a bath and they arranged for us to move 2 days later, as soon as a room became available.
Breakfast was good but repetitive. We only had breakfast 3 times. It is good that the hours are extended at weekends to allow you not to have to rush.
The rooms were clean and the beds were both large and comfortable.
The tram stop is only around the corner and you can get into town for 30CzK which is excellent value. There are some good restaurants within walking distance and these are not as expensive as in the Old Town.
We would recommend the hotel to friends.
The hotel are not far from city center only 5-10mnt with tram..staff were very friendly & the room are clean and cute small but just enough for a couple. Breakfast are nice..only minor problem was they have to put a sign for other guest to be quite when midnight not make too much noise while other guest want to take a rest..overal all good.
Nice hotel with friendly staff! The room is clean and its design is unique and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. However, the breakfast could be improved in terms of both quality and variety. Also, the WiFi speed was low and could be improved
